NEWSLETTER FROM SCHOOL: An important update letter with lots of information on the start of the school year

••• ALL FAMILY BBQ - HELP AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED •••
Friday is an important kick-off event for our school, the All Family BBQ. The Parent Social Committee has been working hard on this, and has some needs.

DESSERTS AND DRINKS are being asked of all families
They are asking for this help from our families:

FRESHMEN - families with a frosh gentleman: 1 dozen brownies or cookies (remember: no nuts please)
FRESHMEN - families with a frosh lady: 24 pack of warter

SOPHOMORES - families with a soph gentleman: 12 pack of Coke
SOPHOMORES - families with a soph lady: 12 pack of Sprite

JUNIORS - families with a junior gentleman: 12 pack of Diet Coke
JUNIORS - families with a junior lady: 10 pack box of Capri Sun (juice boxes)

Drinks can be delivered to the school any day this week, ideally though by Friday morning. Desserts can be brought Friday morning or that evening.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - email Laura Farias at [email protected] if you can help.

Dads are welcome to come out to help grill at 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon, behind the kitchen.

Six (6) additional volunteers are needed for food prep, set-up, and serving. Come to the cafeteria at 5 p.m.

Two (2) volunteers are needed in the kitchen to help bring food back and forth from the grill. Meet in the cafeteria at 5 p.m.

Finally, six (6) large ice chests are needed to help with the drinks. Please bring to school by Friday morning.
