School Council Mtg. - Monday, 12 September, 645pm

Confessions- Thursday, 15 September
Confessions will be heard on Thursday this week during 5 th and 6 th period, instead of Tuesday.
Freshman Class Officer Elections- Friday, 16 September
It is time to elect Freshman class officers for the class of 2020. If you are interested in running, please pick up a nomination form at the front office first thing Monday morning. Speeches will be made Friday during Solidarity time and elections will take place later that afternoon. Please see Coach Macias if you have any questions.
Parent Teacher Conferences- Monday, 19 September 2016
Conferences are broken into 10 minute sessions. When signing up to see a teacher, please sign up for only one session to allow all parents an opportunity to see the teachers they would like to.

Letterman Jacket Meeting- Wednesday, 21 September 2016, 530-7pm in the cafeteria
Any athlete who participated in a varsity sport is invited to attend this meeting. Information/ordering packets can be picked up at the front office.
OLPH 8th grade tours- Thursday, 29 September
We are looking for parent volunteers to help us welcome our OLPH middle school guests from 8:15 to 9am to SJPII and to show them a few of the many reasons it’s so great to be a Guardian! Below is a link to help and a list of other schools and the dates they are coming to visit

Volunteer Opportunities
ARC of the Hill Country Talent Show- Saturday, 17 September 2016
The ARC needs volunteers to help participants on stage get in order, help with costumes, directing participants where to go, help with raffles and serving dinner and dessert. Volunteers will get at least 4 hours of community service.

We need a couple more students to help us represent SJPII in the parade alongside the drumline and cheerleaders!
