2:15 p.m. - Pep Rally, in the gym.
•• All are welcome at the Homecoming Pep Rally celebrating the week of fun. Students have special dress days: Monday - Twin Day; Tuesday - Camoflage/hunter day; Wednesday - Theme day: Secret Agent -- Wall decorations judged; Thursday - MASS DAY; Friday - Ultimate Blue & Gold Day.
3:00 p.m. - TAIL-Gatin’ Guardians - Car Decoration Contest
•• In the school parking lot, we will be tailgating before the football game. Some dads will be grilling and selling hamburgers and sausages, drinks and other snacks in the cafeteria. The car decorating contest will take place starting at 3 p.m. Cars need to be decorated on-site, with judging starting at 6:00 p.m. Bring your frisbees, lawn chairs, and appetizers -- all your tailgating materials!
6:45 p.m. - Caravan to the game
•• The football game will be played at Steele High School’s field, and the caravan will be led by the winning car decoration car. 7:30 p.m. - KICK-off Homecoming Game vs. Bryan St. Joseph.

10:30 a.m. - Chili cook-off set-up & Bake-off set-up
•• Vie for the third annual Chili Cook-off Trophies -- more importantly, sample some great recipes. Set-up starts at 10:30 a.m., with judging and eating to start at 11:30 a.m. The second annual Bake Off (with a trophy for top honors) will take place in the cafeteria.
10:00 a.m. - Powder Puff Football
•• The Junior Class is sponsoring a Powder Puff Football Competition between the classes. The ladies play the games; the gentlemen coach and cheer. (We have decided to combine this event into Founders Week.) The games are as follows: 10:00: Freshman 1 vs. Freshman 2; Soph 1 vs. Soph 2 (on different fields). 11:00: Freshman vs. Junior. 11:30 Senior vs. Soph. 1:15- Championship.
11:30 a.m. - Chili Cook-off
•• Feed your family: $5 gets chili at all the stands, a hot dog (make a chili dog!), chips, and a drink. (Feed the whole family for $20.) Buy an ICEE, popcorn, or more drinks in the cafeteria. This year, the chili stands will be inside the middle courtyard, with electricity available for crock pots/roasters.
12:30 p.m. - Bake-off judging The Judges will judge, and then get in line for free desserts.
1:15 p.m. - Powder Puff football finals
1:45 p.m. - Awards ceremony: chili cook-off, bake-off, & powder puff trophies
•• In the courtyard • last chance to fill up on the chili and food!
7:30 p.m. - Homecoming Dance (for students) on campus
•• The Executive Student Council puts on the dance; all students are invited and encouraged to attend; “dates” are not required. Most all students just come out to the event. Semi-formal attire: appropriate dresses for ladies, and ties for gentlemen (jackets encouraged).
