NOON DISMISSAL - Friday, 25 August 2017

We will have a noon dismissal on Friday, 25 August.

Given the amount of traffic predicted from Gulf Coast evacuees, we would like to give our community the opportunity to navigate travel home with greater ease.  The prediction for rain tomorrow is for scattered showers; the heaviest rain and wind is not predicted until Saturday midday.

Students that cannot be picked up at noon are welcome to stay on campus until regular dismissal time.

We will wait to make a decision on school for Monday until into the weekend.  As we said in an earlier email today, we follow Comal ISD for school closures.  However, Comal ISD has not yet started school, and their first day will not be until next Tuesday.  Thus, notifications this time will come only from SJPIICHS.

We will have staff members on site Saturday and Sunday to survey conditions, as they merit, and we will send an update early Sunday morning.
